Appeal, Appeal, Appeal!
Applicants of the Minnesota Permit To Carry are entitled to an appeal per Minnesota Statute 624.714 subdivision 6. If you were denied based on misdemeanor and Gross Misdemeanor charges that are longer than 3 years old there may be a chance that your appeal overturn and you will be issued your permit.
This is completely based on the charges but an appeal is just a quick letter to the Sheriff detailing your situation and why you deserve a permit. Its quick and easy and may result in you receiving your permit! Good luck!
